1. Who we are
These Terms & Service apply to all purchases made on www.maisonnazeli.com. NAZELI is a brand of LIVING JEWELLERY SRL, a Belgian private limited company with its registered office at Avenue Louise 386, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, VAT number BE 1042.325.376. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our products
NAZELI creates fine jewellery in 18-karat gold set with diamonds. We make every effort to display our pieces accurately. However, colours, sizes and the appearance of stones may vary slightly depending on your screen, and photographs are for illustration only. Each piece is handmade, so small variations are part of its character.
Each piece is delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Please keep it safe.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but the price displayed when you place your order is the price you pay.
4. Placing an order
To order, add the pieces you want to your basket, enter your details and complete payment. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is no longer available, if there is a pricing error, or if payment cannot be completed. In that case we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
We accept [payment methods, e.g. credit and debit cards, Bancontact, PayPal]. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, and we do not store your card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, rates and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy (ajouter lien). Standard in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require an additional 4 to 6 weeks for production before shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you or a person you designate takes physical possession of them.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. As a courtesy, NAZELI extends this period to 30 days from the date of delivery, as described in our [Returns & Exchanges policy, link].
To withdraw, email us at [email address] with your order number and the item concerned. The item must be returned unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging, with its certificate and tags. We will refund the price of the item, including standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment, within 14 days of receiving the returned piece, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the piece.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order, personalised or custom pieces, which are made to your specifications.
8. Legal guarantee
All our pieces are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumers in the European Union. If a piece is not in conformity with your order or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at [email address] with your order number and photographs, and we will propose a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage caused by impact, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or repairs made by third parties. Our care instructions are available on each product page.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the TWIST collection designs, photographs, texts, logos and the NAZELI name, belongs to LIVING JEWELLERY SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written consent.
10. Personal data
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR). Please read our [Privacy Policy, link] to understand what we collect and how to exercise your rights.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular towards consumers. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Complaints and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
