FIND YOUR RING SIZE
A ring worn with grace starts with the right fit. Find your size in a few simple steps, or let us help you.

what the numbers means
Your size is the circumference of your finger in millimetres. A size 52 means 52 mm around the finger. The inner diameter of a ring is simply that number divided by π (about 3.14), so a size 52 has an inner diameter of 16.6 mm.

How to measure at home
Wrap a soft tape measure, the kind used for sewing, around the base of your finger and read the measurement in millimetres where it meets. It should feel snug, without pressing. No tape measure? A thin strip of paper or a piece of string works too: mark where it meets, then measure its length with a ruler. You can also measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own and match it in the table.

The ideal
visit a jeweller
The most reliable way to find your size is to visit a jeweller and ask them to measure your finger. It only takes a minute, and it is free in most shops.

Choosing the right fit
Fingers change during the day, with the temperature and over the years, so there is no such thing as a perfect size. The right fit slides over the knuckle with gentle resistance, then sits comfortably and turns freely without pinching.

Measure in the evening, when your fingers are at their fullest.
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Size up if your fingers swell in the heat, or for a wider band.
